Dress Code
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Anything from baggy sweats
to skirts to leotards and tights is fine -the only thing that matters
is how you feel. You can dance barefoot or in dance shoes, but socks
are discouraged because they tend to slip. People with foot or leg problems
who require extra support are encouraged to wear whatever is needed
to ensure comfort and safety. Listen to your body. Bring a sweater or
blanket for relaxation. Water bottles are a must!
Who can
take a Spirit Moves class?
Absolutely anyone!
Spirit Moves experiences can be tailored to suit anyone, from mothers
with toddlers (babies love to dance!) to senior citizens with limited
mobility. Anyone can dance!
